Albert has selected the best one, considering my judgement and the employee's experience and contacts in certain companies

I already called him to let him now our intention to propose him an offer and if he agreed to evaluate such offer.  He said yes.

He also told randstad that he was contented about the interview he had with me.

So, I hope he accepts our offer and starts working soon.

If he does, it's mission accomplished
