Hi Alina,

About tikun ect.

Of course I believe in tikun.  That's our main purpose of why we are here on earth.

But although I am making tikunim, I think that I am also used as an instrument to make tikun for others things that happened, not only by myself but also by my family or anyone dearly connected.  Why shoudl I endure or being tested so much if I really didn't do much wrong in my early years of business. I am asking myself also the question why did G-D always had to give me the chance to reach big things and in the end let me lose it again.  That happened so many times.  I was always the best in what I did but never maintained it and always moving on.  It was that way with the music, then the record company, then the tuning word, then the jumpstyle word, then the party's, then the discotheque... and now Albert, and also on Facebook where I am better than others in achieving things.  Because for the same price, G-D could have stoped me much earlier, not giving me any opportunity to grow and raech any level of success.

So yes I am making tikun, but for who and for what, I don't know.

If G-D is planning with the person I can become now, then I believe that He is a genius.  I truly hope so.

Because when it succeeds with Albert, and I can grow in Mr Never Give Up which is a very inspiring and educational job where I can earn money  by helping people and being respected, i will really follow my own quote that I wrote " Don't follow the trail of money but let money follow the trail of your success"

I am investing in myself and not more in others like I did at that time with Dj's, music producers etc.

Also with hatikvah and the launching of charity movies in helping children of Israel why earning something on it will be very rewarding.  Earning money while giving goodness is absolutely a dream.

So I am continuing what I am doing now, never stop, never stop dreaming and hopefully everything will come to a good end.

if i pull out the plugger, they've lost all these years of hard working

i help them as much as i can, but in the end, it's all for the money

i would understand that if they proceed with some months of tests to see that everything functions well,

that i may not ask my full pay, although this is part of the agreement

we'll see about that.  normally i am entitled to, but i must be rational too

the test must familiarize them with the system, as with every test will be 

15 to 20.000euros involved through purchase and selling without benefits

but i believe that once they start to pay so much for employees, they will include me in their costs with already paying me 

something reasonable

once i decide that they aren't in the test phase anymore, like they start trading, then i will request the full payment

Unfortunately I trusted Alain Horoit and he made me sign this the week after my  mother's death, I did not check the Italian text - the document states in italian "due co-amministratori"  - 2 co-directors, Alain Horoit and Alina Polyak. This is how he abused my trust!

letter of depth. My purpose was to get you a letter of debth backed by a letter of the company as soon as it is activate. That way the letter of depth will be valid and will have a real purpose.
Writing you a letter of depth myself is not worth anything more than my word that I have given you. I can write you ten of them, it will have no more value than my promise to refund you.

PLEASE ask Alain Horoit aka MrNever Give Up to return me the money which he knows I need for my mother's gravestone!

 I would like to tell you my story because I hope it might prevent others from suffering.
In June 2009 when I was finishing university Alain Horoit contacted me on facebook and invited to visit him in Antwerp. I had met him 8 years before through Jdate but it did not work out then. At first I declined because I was busy with the exams, but gradually he was able to convince me – I had liked him before and was just separated from my boyfriend.
When I came he was very nice, told me how his girlfriend left him because he started having financial problems recently. He was in need of consolation. I was sorry for him and since I liked him and knew him before it was easy to fall in love.
After 2 or 3 times he started asking me for money, saying he had nothing to eat. He was almost crying. I sent him small amount with western union, even though I myself was completely broke just finishing my studies, working and living as an immigrant in Germany.
Then he asked me to make an appointment with my boss (with whom I had good relations)- he asked my boss for a loan. Normally it should have raised suspicion but I was in love and knew Alain as a businessman. My boss at first promised but then did not give, Alain was desperate, asked me to take a bank loan. I could not, so I borrowed from friends – he promised to give me back after his big Event, European University Reunion Ball in Antwerp in November 2009, then the Jewish Erev Gala Ball with Shiri Maimon in January 2010.
The events did not prove to be successful and he got only deeper into debts.
He said his friend and partner Marco blocked his bank account so I gave him a credit card from an empty account I did not use. A month after I got a letter from the bank saying there was a minus 1250 Euro I must pay back immediately. I confronted him with it, he started saying he would pay back, kept promising for weeks, sent me 250 Euros and then nothing.
In March 2010 he asked me for help, he needed a second person to form a company which would give him a chance to pay me back. I went with him to Milan to sign the contract, which I did not take in copy because I trusted him as my boyfriend, he said I was only a shareholder.
In July 2010 he was making another event in Tel Aviv. Suddenly he went to Israel, but the event was again a financial flop. After that he never returned to Antwerp, did not give me his number and kept only in touch per mail promising me to give back.
The company is going to start working and I pay you back, I will be better when it starts“.
In November he wrote we must stay friends. I was heartbroken and so depressed I almost committed suicide.
I kept asking him to give me something back, he kept saying when company starts. I did not know even the name of the company, let alone details who his bosses were. He told me the company would be in green electricity and he would work for other people and get commission, so he can also pay me. He kept promising to write letter of debt and send me the company details but never did. In February my mother passed away. He sent me company papers to sign the week I sat shiva. He even called which made me very happy and said to me if fate wanted we would be together.
He kept promising to send me money, I was begging him. In July he sent me 50 Euros.
He said the company is starting and that he want to take me out so I would not have risks, I did not understand which risks. He made instead of debt letter agreement for sales of shares (I had 10% in this company A H New Energy s.r.l.) for the amount he owed me.
He sent me resignation which I did not sign because it was a strange text but I signed the agreement which said he would pay every month 3000 Euros until on dec 31 2011 the whole amount is paid. The first payment came but then the second payment did not, I got angry because of the delay, now I knew he could pay but did not and he kept telling stories.
His former roommate contacted me. Turned out he owed money to her. He also dated two women at the same time with me. One is a make up artist Avital Assayag who did the make up for his Trendy NetWotkz Party at Renzo Mela's restaurant. Another one asked me not to disclose her name her.  He took from her 2200 for 2 days. He returned her a half a few years later. He asked her to write an email saying she gave him the money not for 2 days but for as long as he wanted to and never expected him to give it back. Only under this condition would he return her the rest. She refused.
His 3rd girlfriend Silvia Martinez Yenes visited from Madrid, she was not Jewish. He told me that he was not interested in non Jewish girls for marriage. It turned out she had rich parents, a nice place in Madrid - and was a graphic designer who did his Never Give Up and Hatikvah Videos for him.

All the year he was living with her in Madrid and kept getting money from his bosses for me in my name never giving me even one cent.
It turned out he made me second director of the company with full responsibility. I found out when he sent me letter of revocation.There was address of the notary, who sent me the deed of incorporation. Alain tried to force me to sign a power of attorney to his company lawyer to sell my shares.
Alain's plan was clear, he would use me as second director because it was impossible to open a company with 1 person in Italy. He would get rid of me by buying out my shares with the company money, thus getting rid of the debt and also not paying from his pocket.
I know now this company is a facade for money laundering and he put me in real danger.
People told me he was a terrible crook who has no morals. Only it was too late – that is why I want to warn people against him.

Now he is selling himself as a Mr Never Give Up and israeli activist on Hatikvah - please DO NOT DONATE OR BUY ANYTHING THERE!

This guy is a terrible terrible tragedy which almost ruined my life.
