The lawyer doesn't have the copies.  Both original copies were sent to me upon which I had to send one of the copies to the bank.  Sp I have still one originally copy.  Please do not act without my knowledge.  If there is anything, let me know first.  There's nothing that I make behind your back as we are still on the same side.  In the case that you want to exit tomorrow, we can arrange that.  The thing is that if you leave the company before business starts, we have to replace you which will take again some administration efforts.  I will have to go with that person back to the lawyer etc.  But as we encountered already so much deay, I wouldn't die if there's 2 weeks delay more because of your earlier exit.  Let me know if you can wait since that the company is operational and active upon which money will be aid, or that you must exist the company by tomorrow or next week.  Then I will urge to be done whatever the delay can take.  It's your choice, but don't act liberately without telling me first.

Hey Alina,
I knew women reacted always irrationally. A man coming too late at home because he was been robbed and beaten, could possibly sleep on the street because his wife closed the door to the house because he came too late. Let the man speak out. PERHAPS HE HAS A REASON!!

Alain Horoit asked me to book a bus from Amsterdam to Antwerp for Dutch people attending (t)his major event Erev Gala Ball in January 2010. We met in person for the first time, had a common friend, and he came over reliable and professional. So on behalf of his company Trendy Networkz I booked a bus at Dutch Royal Bus company Beuk. I was only about to find out after the troubling experience of April that he still hadn't paid this bill and that of many other supliers to this event. Since I had booked the bus, the buscompany had to send me the debt collection agency. But with the help of Alain himself he explained by email to the buscompany that I was merely ordering on behalf of his company, and that his partner had broken with him and left him with big troubles, but he would pay up eventually for certain. He kept promising this in several emails, and they gave him some time and even proposed payment arrangements. Without any result. My contact with Beuk was very open from the start, and I even informed them that I'd heard that at a certain moment Alain emigrated (to Israel) to escape his debts. I guess that Beuk has written of the amount (800 euro) and that they have put him and probably even me on their black list.

Alain organized another party called SuperFeuj in Antwerp in April 2010, and asked me  to take care of a bus full of Dutch people. I was still in the dark about his non-payments. It turned out that our bus was about the only group of people attending this party. Even Alain called it "a big flop" ...

 We agreed on a commission of 5 euro each for every attending person, arranged 24 people in our bus for which he consequently promised to pay up...

Hopefully we can stop this guy before he harms more (Jewish) people.

 Op diverse internet sites is te lezen dat ik vanaf 7 maart resident zou worden van Sotto's te Zottegem. In de eerste instantie moest ik dit ook zelf ook van het web aflezen want ik wist van niks maar een week later kreeg ik inderdaad de uitnodiging om iedere week in zottegem te komen draaien. Ik kan bij deze melden dat ik GEEN resident zal zijn! Hoewel ik een overvolle agenda heb ben ik heel blij met iedere boeking maar in dit geval ligt dat iets anders. Voor de geinteresseerde volgt hier een uitleg.

 Sotto's staat onder leiding van Alain Horoit. Deze man was tot voorkort ook baas van het platen label start stop records. Ondertussen bestaat het niet meer vanwege een failissement maar ik was 3 jaar werkzaam onder deze firma. Mijn eerste releases zijn onder het sublabel explosive records uitgekomen en in totaal staat de teller nu op meer dan 10. Vanuit de platenmaatschappij kwamen er feesten en daarna ook een bookings kantoor waar ik ook bij aangesloten was. Het ging goed en alles draaide lekker. Mijn vinyls kwamen uit en ik had wekelijks 4,5 boekingen. Geen zorgen en geen problemen maar nu komt de andere kant van de medaille.

 Er is mij voor mijn releases en boekingen nooit betaald. Dus geen geld voor mijn muziek en geen geld voor de boekingen die ik heb gedaan op externe feesten onder contract van Explosive Bookings. 3 jaar lang heb ik dus geproduceerd en gedraaid zonder daar enige vergoeding voor te mogen ontvangen. Wanneer je dit leest vraag je je zeker af: ¨Patrick, hoe heb je het zover laten komen?¨ Deze vraag is geheel terecht en ik kan er geen goed antwoord op geven. Iedere keer kwam Alain met beloftes dat het binnenkort in orde kwam. Morgen, Volgende week, begin van de maand.... etc. Ondertussen werd ik zoet gehouden met boekingen van Explosive feesten zelf waar ik overgens wel betaald werd. Bij iedere ontmoeting beloofde Alain dat het goed zou komen en dat ik me geen zorgen hoefde te maken. Hij herinnerde mij er overigens iedere keer aan dat ik onder contract stond. Met mijn artiestennaam als producer en wat betreft mijn boekingen wereldwijd. Maar het geld dat organisatoren overgemaakt hadden naar explosive bookings kreeg ik niet.

 Wat kon ik doen? In heel mijn omgeving sloeg iedereen alarm wat betreft de criminele praktijken van Alain Horoit. Maar ik bleef geloven in zijn woorden en ik stond met dat contract ook met mijn rug tegen de muur. Voor de meeste zal de manier van werken van Alain ook geen nieuws zijn maar toch wil ik het bij deze nog eens naar buiten brengen. En natuurlijk is dit niet netjes om dit zomaar op internet te zetten en een verhaal heeft ook altijd 2 kanten. Ik ga ook niemand afraden om met Alain zaken te doen maar ik wil wel iedereen waarschuwen. Zet afspraken op papier en zorg dat je meteen betaald word. Maak dus niet dezelfde fout als mij!

 Gisteren heb ik hem ook nog gesproken in Sotto's. En wederom beloofde hij dat het goed kwam. Het geld van de boekingen dan want het geld voor de muziek hoef ik sowieso niet meer op te rekenen. In de eerste keer in 3 jaar word ik echt boos en eis ik mijn geld. Ik mocht onder begeleiding van de security het gebouw verlaten en vandaag kreeg ik een sms dat ik niet meer hoefde te komen draaien. Niet dat ik daar uberhaupt nog zin in had natuurlijk. Met een diepe zucht typ ik de laatste woorden van deze tekst. Wat kan de muziek wereld af en toe toch een kut wereldje zijn!

 Maar laten we de medaille nogmaals omdraaien. Mijn agenda is goed gevuld, er komen in Maart 3 platen uit en in de zomer sta ik op een paar hele mooie festivals. Ik ben gelukkig in de liefde en zodadelijk ga ik ff lekkere Mario Karten op de WII. Er staat een pilsje in de koelkast en vanavond ga ik lekker ff snacken bij de Macdrive. Dus het komt zoals altijd wel weer goed en voor mij is het zeker geen einde oefening Die diepe zucht maakt plaats voor een kleine glimlach want ach.....................................

 Ten eerste bedankt voor alle toffe reacties die ik heb gehad op het bovenstaande verhaal. Ik verbaasde me erover dat zoveel mensen mijn site bezoeken en het aantal reacties was dan ook super! Een BIG Thanx daarvoor is zeker op zijn plaats! Er kwam ook een reactie van Alain zelf. Ik was hierover ook verbaasd want de afgelopen weken was hij totaal niet te bereiken via telefoon of mail. Hij eiste dat ik de tekst eraf zou halen want ik zou hem ten onrechte beschuldigen als oplichter. Hij vertelde mij ook dat ik nu helemaal niet meer op mijn geld hoefde te rekenen en dat hij wel eens maatregelen zou treffen. Plus dat waar hij de kans had zou hij mijn naam ook door de modder zou halen. Ook blijft hij maar herhalen dat hij mij veel heeft geholpen door het releasen van mijn platen en door het geven van boekingen. Daar ben ik hem uiteraard ook erg dankbaar voor maar die dankbaarheid heb ik allang aan hem getoond. Ik heb regelmatig gratis gedraaid, recensies en artikelen geschreven voor de website, cds gemixed etc.

 Het is overigens niet mijn bedoeling om een laster campagne tegen hem te beginnen. Ik heb mijn zegje gedaan en ik heb iedereen bij deze gewaarschuwd. Dus als je naar sottos gaat, als klant of als dj, geen probleem! Graag zelfs want wie weet verdiend Alain dan nog is wat geld zodat hij mij wel kan terug betalen! Ik wil graag ook hierbij laten.

Every time Alain came with promises that it soon was discussed. Tomorrow, next week, beginning of the month .... etc. Meanwhile, I kept fresh with bookings from Explosive party itself is paid according to where I was. At each encounter Alain promised that it would come and that I do not need to worry. He also reminded me that every time I was under contract. With my artist name as a producer and as for my bookings worldwide. But the money that organizers had made bookings to explosive was not me.

What could I do? Throughout my area hit everybody alarm regarding the criminal practices of Alain Horoit. But I continued to believe in his words, and I stood with that contract with my back against the wall. For most, the way of work of Alain no news but I want to bring it again to the outside. And of course this is not nice to put this just on the internet and a story always has 2 sides. I also advise against anyone doing business with Alain but I want to warn everyone. Put agreements in writing and make sure you get paid immediately. So do not make the same mistake as me!

Yesterday I talked to him in Sotto's. And again he promised that it was good. The money from the bookings for the money than the music I do not anyway to count. In the first time in 3 years makes me really angry and I demand my money. I was under the supervision of the security left the building and today I received a sms that I no longer have to come running. Not that I still liked uberhaupt course. With a deep sigh, I type the last words of this text. What can the music world occasionally still are a cunt world!

But let's flip the coin again. My agenda is well filled, there are 3 records in March and in summer I get up a few really nice festivals. I am lucky in love and shortly I will ff nice Mario Karting on the Wii. There is a beer in the fridge and tonight I go to the snack ff MacDrive. So it is always as good again and for me it's certainly no end exercise sigh That makes room for a small smile as heck ...................... ...............

Firstly thanks for all the nice comments I've had on the story above. I was surprised about how many people visit my site and the number of responses was also great! A BIG Thanx for this is certainly in order! There was also a response from Alain himself. I was also surprised about this because the last few weeks he was totally unreachable by phone or mail. He demanded that the text I would get off because I would accuse him wrongly as a swindler. He also told me that I no longer have to rely on my money and that he sometimes would take action. Plus he had the chance he would my name through the mud to catch up. Also he keeps repeating that he has helped me a lot through the release of my records and by giving bookings. For that I am obviously very grateful for gratitude but I have already shown to him. I regularly run free, reviews and articles written for the website, mixed cds, etc.

It is not my intention to a smear campaign against him started. I have my say and I have all been warned. So if you go to Sottos, as a customer or as a DJ, no problem! Even like because who knows what is still earned Alain money so he can repay me well! I would also like to stop here.
